This is a really great, healthy and creamy dressing and I just love the Middle Eastern flair. It’s really nice for a change for the normal dressing.
Ingredients -
1/3 Cup Tahini (well stirred)
1/3 Cup Water
5 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
3/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
Preparation:
1. Combine tahini, water, lemon juice, garlic, cloves, salt and sugar and blend until smooth.
2. Put into a container and refrigerate until ready to use.

Sugar
The sugar is an optional ingredient depending on your tastes. I would taste the dressing first then slowly add in a little sugar at a time and see what you think.
