Sherry-Walnut Oil Vinaigrette

Sherry vinegar goes really well with nutty oils so this is a great tasting recipe with the salty taste of the Dijon mustard.
Ingredients -
1 1/2 Tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
1 Teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1/8 Teaspoon Fresh Cracked Black Pepper
6 Tablespoons Walnut Oil
 
Preparation:

1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients all ingredients except the walnut oil.

2. In a slow stream until well blended add the walnut oil.

3. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
