Red Pepper Vinaigrette

This is a nice recipe to make and it’s easy to scale up and keep in the fridge for later use.
Ingredients -

1 Red Bell Pepper (seeded and cubed)
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Honey
1 Pinch Salt
1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper
 
Preparation:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

2. Place in container and refrigerate until ready to use.
